The client’s brief was to create a modern new home that was energy efficient, functional and would suit the needs of a growing family. Light filled, with private spaces both internally and externally, the central core of the house features generous living areas and provides views to all sides of the block. This modest home embraces colours from the surrounding landscape and nestles into the steep block with a dominant street presence.
